Who should use this site...Only SLC Grantees from Cohort 5 and beyond who are filling out Annual Performance Reports or Evaluation Reports should use this site. |
Before you begin...Please be sure to carefully read the instructions in the User's Guide on how to complete the Annual Performance Report and Baseline Data Report. |
Required Excel settings...When using the Excel Workbook Templates we have provided, you must adjust your application settings in order to successfully use the Workbooks and all their features. |
